What is a Field Service Engineer
A field service engineer creates, installs, and repairs technology-related equipment. An engineer, for example, can work in the public or private sectors, and support a variety of systems to include electronics, electromechanical, biomedical equipment and many other complex technologies
Primary Purpose and Overall Objective
Field service engineers interact with clients to solve their issues. They install new hardware and software or systems and keep track of existing problems; they check on these existing problems and, at times, team up with other professionals. They are responsible for keeping track of newly- purchased equipment. Field service engineers work directly with people, have extensive knowledge of computer software and hardware, and possess excellent people and mechanical skills. Field service engineers need a minimum bachelor's degree in a scientific computer or engineering subject.
Main Accountabilitie
Provide intermediate level of engineer support and service work. Troubleshoot or provide support to customers and onsite crews. Install, modify, clean, and repair computer hardware and software. Conduct site inspections to ensure construction compliance with plans and specifications. Maintain accurate service logs and enter them in the database. Perform on-site service, repair and/or installation of company product(s).
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in computer science. Hands-on experience with PLC systems. Able to carry or pull up to 40 lbs. of test equipment. Budget planning expertise. Exhibit strong leadership, time management, and problem solving skills.

Previous experience as a field engineer or similar role Well-versed in technical aspects of field projects, including machinery and equipment Understanding of safety guidelines Attention to detail Outstanding communication skills An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability Ability to work in adverse weather and occasional overtime and weekends Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar field
Scope and Resource Accountability
We are looking for a field engineer to inspect infrastructure and conduct research on site in order to solve problems quickly. For this job, you need to have an engineering degree and be familiar with the technical aspects of machines, equipment, and technology used in different field projects. What is an App Developer/Programmer?
A mobile app developer uses programming languages and development skills to create, test, and develop applications on mobile devices. They work in popular operating system environments like iOS and Android and often take into account UI and UX principles when creating applications
Main Responsibilities/Tasks:
Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications Design creative prototypes according to specifications Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines Perform unit and integration testing before launch Conduct functional and non-functional testing Troubleshoot and debug applications Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code
Knowledge and Skills:
Proven experience as application developer Experience in designing and building applications Ability to program in at least one programming language such as C#, Java (J2EE) etc. In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles. A team player with excellent communication skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability Great attention to detail and time-management skills BSc/BA in computer science or relevant field; MSc/MA will be appreciated Certified application developer is a plus
Programming Languages
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js) Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
Experience
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role Experience developing desktop and mobile applications Familiarity with common stacks
